As a Nutritional Therapist, Elizabeth believes that six foundations must be addressed in order to balance the body: Digestion, Blood Sugar Balance, Essential Fatty Acids, Mineral Balance, Hydration and Movement. If just one of these foundations is out of balance, our entire health will be impacted and will suffer. No matter what your path in health has been thus far, Elizabeth has a strong belief that our bodies want to be healthy. However, she knows that sometimes our bodies need some help getting there.

Having a holistic approach to health and wellness and incorporating lifestyle changes along with a sound fitness regime, Elizabeth helps her clients reach their goals. Each one of us has the power to take control of our health and it is her mission to help you accomplish this.
